Unique X-ray images of plants / The Inner Essence of Plants Tor G. Nitzelius (1914-1999) was a curator and tree specialist at the Gothenburg Botanical Garden. He created popular gardens and wrote several books. He also had a big interest in x-ray images of plants.

His pictures were discovered by chance fifty years after they were produced by visual artist Johan Brink, who has processed selected images.
